Procedure
- Place two eggs in the same 250 ml beaker. Cover the eggs with vinegar. Refrigerate for 24 hours
- Take eggs out and right down observations
- Measure the mass of the egg
- Pour 150 ml of water and syrup into its own beaker
- Refrigerate for 24 hours
- Remove egg from beakers and right down observations
- Measure the mass of the egg
- Measure the volume of liquid left over from the beaker and record it
- Pop the egg and record down what you observe
